Where in Cet's pyramid do i find the tomb of fire??

I don't believe there is a specific spot in which you will find the tome of fire. I believe the tomes are rather randomly placed within their respective dungeons. Just keep looking!

It's the book of earth that's in Cet's pyramid. The tome of fire is in the serpent temple.
