Isherwood quest is to get the arrows. You can get him ti accept your own arrows for free if you have a bunch of them, or he will take care of you getting your money back. Youc an talk to Deidre and persuade her to give some arrows(Diplomacy 2 required, I think), or set up an exchange: read buy them off.

In the Ice Temple, where will the simple command "Lysan?" take you when you are talking to the painting of the Old Tree?

Not exactly sure if the room has a name but it's full of crates that are trapped. One of which contains Nathaniels ring. Treausre room I should think? Unless I'm completely wrong of course!
