What do you guys think about IWD2? I loved IWD, and i'll probably end up buying this anyway, besides the fact that I dislike 3ed edition rules. Heard the voice acting, story, and music was better than ever! Haven't heard much else though. Anyone kind enough to fill me in?

I'v said it before this game is great! 10 times better than Icewind Dale 1. I just started my second time through in HOF mode that makes it game three, I just can't stop playing. If you don't have this game then go get it! If you do have it play your head off and hope that Black Isle brings out Icewind Dale III.

Yep yep this game is goldust for IWD1 lovers, the Infinity Engine is perfected now and the system works great. I've said this before too: Call it a hunch but I really feel like this won't be the last IE game we see, IWD3 is a possibilty but i'm thinking there will defo. be yet another addition to these games..think about how much they sell, as long as they do why stop making them?

SpiritWarrior, hope you're right. IWDII has great replay value, but after a while, the prolog sort of doesn't do it for me anymore. EVEN in HOF mode.

I have played many RPG games. I am enjoying IWD2 much more than Baldurs gate 1 and 2. The feat and skill system took a while to learn. I realized to far into the game that I had not allocated my feats and skills well. I am almost done and I cannot wait to go through in Heart of Fury mode and allocate my skills and feats better. If you like the infinity engine and RPG games you will love IWD2.
