Problems playing mission pack - spoil

Hi there!

I purchased BG and the expansion TotSC some time ago. I got the versions that come together on 3 CD's. I installed everything OK without problems and I've been playing BG without any problem either.

At last I managed to kill Sarevok. Now I wanted to start TotSC, but when I choose my final save well I appear in Ball's Temple again, with Sarevok and all his chummies alive.

Anybody got this problem? Anybody knows haw to fix it?

Help appreciated.

I've got the old 5 disc version , and according to the manual if you choose to play TOSC after completing BG1 that is what is supposed to happen .ie you have to do the final battle again
Most people actually do the extra TOSC bits before the final battle.

I have the five disc version as well but the way i understood it to happen was if you installed totsc after you had already beaten the game you would go to ulgoth's beard. but if it was already installed when you get the final save your save would stay there.

If you play with TotSC installed from the start, then your supposed to do the mission pack stuff before you get to the final battle.
