Ever wondered why the kobold commandos wears exactly 2 fire arrows each?

The kobold commando (not the regular kobold) is actually able to count to 2.

They do it this way:

-I can clap my hands => I have no fire arrows.
-I cannot clap my hands, but I can scratch my head => I have 1 fire arrow.
-I cannot scratch my head => I have 2 fire arrows.

As a sidenote, I actually did see a kobold commando with more than 2 fire arrows - I delivered them from a distance by means of my bow.

Is Mr Baggins responsible for irresponsible arming of the kobolds? I think we should be told! Do fire arrows count as weapons of mass destruction?

nearly so, their bigger cousins the arrows of detonation (aka arrows of getthehelloutofmywayfast) are definitely WOMD while fire arrows are too localised to classify as mass destruction, unless of course refer to their ability to destroy your own mass.

I personally think the kobolds make fire arrows by standing in a bucket of water during a thunderstorm, holding one arrow in each hand as far above their head as they can. this explains why the kobold commandos are darker than normal kobolds!

I agree With Byrd it is a reasonable theory including all possible aspect of the situation. man i almost sounded smart there!
Maybe its when they raid the caravans but then how do they only have to if they fire like a bazillion and then you kill them and they have 2 but when you kill one who hasnt fired any he still has two and im being sexist here how do i know there not shes? anyone lifted there tail lately?
