Pickpocket in Kulduhar. There is definately one but there may be two, I don't remember but someone else will. One is on the Druid Arundel. Orrick and Oswald can also be pp. Make sure you have a good save as you may need to do this multiple times before you are succesful. You don't want to anger any of these guys as you'll need them throughout. If Arundel's already been killed then you may have to return to Lonelywood and pp your favorite gravedigger. Stupid me as if you are in Dorn's then he's already gone. Maybe you have an old save? There's also the Girdle of Labelas. There are actually a few rings in HOW but I don't remember where they all are. By time I got there I had all I needed so I usually just let them lie.

I wish I had a answer all I remember is that I could not deal with one drowned dead at a time. If I attacked one they would all come at me even if others were way out of my view. This could have been a result of having trials installed. It will not get any harder in terms of creatures you will have to face it will be the exact same in that respect.

The other ring of free action is on Orrick. That is the easy one to get.

Peytin is right about Arundel: My thief with 100% pickpocket has not been able to get anything off of him, though I have tried at least 6 times.
