IWD2 is only at the pre-order stage. The Collectors Edition is ONLY available thru Interplay's Web Store and ONLY for distribution within the US. If the extra goodies aren't worth 10$ to you (and they aren't to some people), try pre-ordering thru Electronic Boutique or some other web store.
