Are there any good magical two handed weapons? I'm thinking about swords mostly.

You want the "Great Sword" proficiency then and there are plenty of magical great swords in the game.

There are some pretty good two handed weapons
The best one that I've come across is the 2 handed sword"Hammering" It does 1d10+3(I think)but the best thing is the 20% chance to stun one's opponent. And it seems like it happens more than 20%,free attacks and you can kill trolls while they are stunned without acid or fire.Seems to work on most "boss" creatures as well.Made my mediocore human fighter into a one man killing machine when he became grand master. There are some wicked axe as well.1d12+3 2 handed monster killer made my dwarf into some kind of unstoppable juggernaut. Not to many good halbereds yet(only3/4 through) Hope that gives you some food for thought.

There are a couple of very nice 2 handed swords in the game, but they are random treasure items.
One is The Defender +4 and the other is Lifegiver. Defender gives a +2 AC bonus in addition to being +2 to hit and damage and Lifegiver has a chance of healing the wielder with each hit on an opponent, also in addition to being +4 to hit and damage.

Don't forget that +2 Axe that you get from the Executioner in Dragonseye. I've found that putting this treasure on my thief is handy when it comes to fighting the evil little girl (although she's beat me every time I've attempted her).
