Hi, I'm new. I would like to create a lich character and make it available for downloading. It must have no bugs, must work for official BG II and/ or Icewind Dale with and without patches. I gather I will have to design portrait/ bitmap files, but would also like to give special abilities(?) I'm sure everyone has wanted to play a lich with blazing eyes, cadaverous skull face, fuzzy cow slippers etc.

Thry this for IWD. characters from BG2 are not compatable with IWD. Maybe you can put "lich touch" as a special ability like 10 times a day?

this is a site where u can download an actual lich kit for BGII, i personaly dont like the graghic that the creator used, so i always use Shadowkeeper to assign the 'larrel' graphic (larrel from the broken hand, IWD), its called 'IcLichBlack' i believe.
