I remember doing the graveyard quest. I forget how I resolved it but I know I didn't hold the woman for ransom. My main concern was whether or not I had missed an entire quest or area or something.

[/QUOTE]So thats what happened to them... I always wondered about a game I played when they disappeared from my inventory while I was putting around BG city doing various quests. Did not notice where or when they disappeared but I do remember talking to this guy at the Splurging Sturgeon. Been playing this game a long time it is nice to know that there is still a lot of things in the game that I am still learning...

you dont actually start with the pants at the beggining of BG2 tho do you? arent they in the little room north of the starting room in irenicus' dungeon?

Yeah they're behind a trapped painting in the equipment room (it has a golemn in it) near where you start.
