Like i said before, i haven't played Bg 2 in half a year, but, after i played Wizardry 8, i really felt the need to play Bg 2.
Unfortunatley ihave some problems with ToB Cd, so i can't go to all the areas. Anyway i have some questions:
1. Does Ascension Mod contain those new cool stuff for Imoen & the other recruitable Bhaalspawn. I saw on a site (i think it whas the inventor of A Mod)some other things about mods which add new special abilities to Bhaalspawn; are they included in Ascension?

2. I suppose Ascension works with Tdd, anyway i would like recommandations about other Mods that work with these 2 and offer good items (especialy katanas), but not too good, because it would be like cheating. And maybe some sites with good custom items (what was teambg's site???)

3. What's the deal with Illuminus. I heard about it about a year ago. Any other good mods coming????

1) Kind of. IIRC, if you carry the Sword of Chaos around, and take Sarevok into your party, it will upgrade for use by him (although you'll likely have better weapons by this point). It adds extra abilities when you beat each test in the pocket plane (which were originally in the game, they were removed to avoid confusing the player, NOT for balance reasons). And I believe Imoen gets something a little special as well

2) The Item Upgrade mod contains an upgrade for Celestial Fury (CF + a demon heart + a wand of lightning + 10k gp, IIRC, gives you CF+5- all the same as the original CF but with +5 to hit and 1d10+5 damage). Tactics has a Katana wielding Kensai that shows up and attacks you, he's got a good katana on him as well.

3)No clue.

What about Forgoten Children?? Is it cool???(never played it)

As far as Freedom's Reign & Reign of Virtue, I've found that they aren't compatible with patches + FR/RoV + WeiDu (even given the correct order). One way to check is to install everything you want, then, right after you pick up Yoshimo in Irenicus's dungeon, right-click on his helmet slot. If it gives you a later, random dialogue (e.g. something you'd expect to hear from Nalia later in the game), ditch it & re-install w/o FR & RoV.
