Two MOD (as in modification) questions (spoilers)

Hi.

Question 1:
Here's the thing, I installed the "Ascension" mod, but when I go to talk to Balthazar, there is somethin wrong with the dialog and it only shows and empty conversation box. If I press enter repeatedly I manage to get out of it and I can kill him and go to the abyss.
Well, I decided to play on, to see if there was something else wrong, and it was, the dialog with Melissan and Irenicus and all the others in the end is also corrupt, it doesn't show any text, and this time I have to ctrl+alt+del my way out of it.
So my question is, has anyone else had this problem, and how did you get rid of it?

Question 2:
I hear there's a ToB comaptible version of TDD out, where can I find it? Is it compatible with "ascension"? And has anyone else tried it, if so what's your opinion on it?

I had the same problem and could not get rid of it. There are a few "unofficial" patches out there that corrupt dialog, I have just decided to stay away from them unless some of our learned collegues on the board recommend them.

For good patches, I've never heard of anything better than Baldurdash.

Yea, but always install Baldurdash AFTER you install the official patch.
