Is there any XP Cap remover for TOB becuse I install it before I finished a SOA ?

If you install ToB, then the cap will go away all by itself.

Be careful with cap removers in TOB. I've heard that you can get a "rollover" effect where the level abilities roll back to 1st level once you hit the max XP the game was designed to handle. Level 40 is more than enough anyway.
