If u decide to attack drizzt, she says she'd be happy to test her strength against a fighter of his ability or something to that affect.

I'm having problems now keeping her because my reputation is up to 20 right now and she has finally had enough and leaves. Also when is the earliest she can be converted to neutral alignment (SoA or ToB).

You can only convert her away from her early alignment in ToB. You'll also find that none of your party leave in ToB, even if your reputation goes to either extreme.
