Question about items

What are you supposed to do with the skull and the claw that the descriptions say should be combined with another item of great evil cespanar wont do anything with them for you so who will? (neather will the Dwarf near balthazars monestary)
I would also like to know about some of the more unusal quests/ difficult to find quests, you can do so I can go and expolre them all.

As I said Cespaner will not use these Items so that address will not really help I imagine. I can't seem to get on to it anyway my brawser gives me lots of errors if I Try. Can someone tell me What they do or if I have to get another Item first.

Cespenar does use the items, I would not have given you the link if that was not the case; and the link works just fine... ...

Anyway... look for the Spectral Brand( Skull of the Lich) and the Axe of Unyielding( Baalor's Claw).

Cespenar does not tell you what the components do..
Only if you have the item they are supposed to upgrade.
