There is no bonus CD, but there are patches for it from Balderdash.

There are TWO bonus CD's available for SOA. Each of them adds a merchant who has 10 unique items available for sale. Some of the items are awesome. I don't know if the files to access these were included in TOB or if they were made available thru a download when TOB was released.
