Where the heck are they? I found one wih Yakman and a second one on the 'Gambling Cambion' (with the Deck of many things), but can't get through the portal after I won the gem from him.

Any clues? Cheers.

There are three gems in total, you get the Scepter from Yakman. There are three parties holding the gems, one is a Slayer led party, one is a Tanarri led party, and the last is a Cambion led party.

If you follow the instructions in the journal found in Yakman's tent, you will eventually find the Slayer led party and the Cambion.

You must get lost to find the Tanarri led party.

One of the rooms contains a Slayer type devil, not the same Slayer as the one you talk with. It is in a Dead Magic room( blue colour), go west from that room and you will find the Tanarri led party.

From the first room in the portal maze (that with the points of the horizon on the floor), go in the west portal. You will reach the "wild magic" rooms. Save the game and try each portal (even the one you came through),somewhere you'll get to a room and fight some memphits or smt, I don't remember. One of them has the last stone.

?? The Quasits?? I have never found the gem on them, they were always with the Slayer, Tanarri and Cambion.

Here's a link to a walkthrough to help back up my claim.

(sigh) Well, I din't get lost. I followed Yakmans journal perfectly.

I remember the Slayer you're referring to. I killed it and went south. Now I have no idea where that was. AAARRRRGGGG!!!!!

Thanks for the help though mate. Gives me a ray of light.

If you have played Planescape:Torment then you will get what all of these stupid demons are on about (with the blood war and all). The best way to do it (tactically) is to make friends with the baatesu (slayer-type fiend) and hunt down the Tenaari. The baatesu are encountered by following the directions in Yakmans's journal. Kill the tenaari demon (wander aimlessly until you find it) and take one of the gems. The baatesu will give you another of the gems in exchange for the heart of the tenaari leader. The last of the gems can be gambled off've the cambion/tiefling leader at the end of the maze. The scepter itself is found in the camp of Yakman (directly south from the first compass-room).
