after you cast a spell, you must normally wait a time until you can cast the next spell. when you have this going, you can cast without having to wait this time between starting your next casting. best used for spells with very low casting times, like three magic missles, or just after you cast timestop.. that way you can hammer out several spells very quickly.

Yup, but what i found strange is when I used my WISH spell to do double length Improved Alacrity and Time stop, it didnt get rid of the delay, but instead made all the spells instantanous! Quite a bug

heheh... i have my fighter/mage going through the game w/ both those items, and hes gonna kick ass when he gets to cast lvl 9 spells!
