I haven't played in over 4 months (needed a break) but I've resumed my game and I'm in Chapter 4 and I've 'freed' Imoen but Bodhi's been messing with me. Imoen has no magical powers and just now, after resting, my main paladin character killed Nalia, Jaheira and some other female character, leaving just my character, Minsc and Imoen. Is this right? Should I attempt to resurrect Nalia or Jaheira (although I'm not sure how)? Should I reload or is this inevitable. Also, at some point is Imoen going to get her powers back? I need a magic user!

First of all, Imoen should have magic from the moment you freed her, unless you messed around with her using Shadow Keeper.
Your main character killed them on his own? Explain what happened, cuz that's extremely weird. Was he berserk or something? If it has anything to do with the big fight in the maze, use spoiler tags.

I see what happened... Reload, and have your characters RUN. It'll wear off eventually.

Immy has no magic? I'll ask the obvious... Does she have spells memorized? Perhaps she's wearing armor that prevents spellcasting?

Did your Paladin turn into the Slayer?
If that's the problem, then have the rest of the party run one way and your paladin to the opposite way. In time the character will turn to normal.

Everyone is happy and can continue on their bloody journey to happier days

That's what happened, my paladin turned into the slayer. I've gotten past that area but now I've learned that he can become the slayer at will. What exactly does that mean? If I decide to turn him into the slayer will he defeat friend and foe? How do you suggest using this power?

Turning into the Slayer means you're giving in to the Bhaal essence in yourself, moving closer and closer to madness and oblivion. While there are no actual ingame repercussions for it, save for a rep drop, it's not something your paladin should do. It's severely out of character. And no, you won't attack your friends, but if you stay in Slayer form for too long you'll die.

Actually there are repercussions for paladin's turning into the slayer, just as you've mentioned the rep drop, if your rep goes too low you will no longer be a paladin (IIRC the cutoff is 8 rep)
