Festule the Alchemist working for Helm?

In the temple of Helm in the Temple District there is a table full of books in the room to the right of the main room. Under a pile of books is a copy of "Festule the Alchemist's Potion", which is identical to the one you make Bunny slip the Ogre in the Copper Coronet before his fight with Mazzy Fentan (mini-quest for that NPC).

So now I am thinking: is Festule working for the temple of Helm? And if so, what is that god doing cheating in arena fights in the Copper Coronet???

The plot thickens... (much like a good stew as Jan Jansen would say *LOL*).

as what i have read, that potion was intended for a quest but 'twas never finished.

i didn't get the second question though, hmmm. got to play bg again... it's been a long time.
