The files you get from Arundor's Abode will be either TBG or IAP files, both of which DLTCEP *should* be able to install.

I had exactly the same problem about a week ago. What I did wrong was I made a shortcut of the .exe that opened up IEEP on my desktop. Every time I tried to open it it came up with those errors. The way I made it work was that I opened it up from the Start Menu Folder and it worked perfectly.

IEEP is pretty old, but some modders (well, me) still use it. [img]smile.gif[/img] I would second the recommendation of NearInfinity - and DLTCEP is meant to be good, though I've not learned it yet.
