Heh heh....it's been awhile since I have played BG2. I started a new game and chosed this class. I was wondering though, how much damage can the werewolf or greater werewolf do? Like for example, as a monk grow in level, his/her fist increases in damage...I know that the werewolf's claw doesn't increase in damage but how much damage does it do? Can someone tell me how much damage can the werewolf and greater werewolf do?

Also, i'm not sure if I read this somewhere before or it's just my imagination, but wasn't there a glitch that allowed the weapon that was equiped to the human form be transfered into the werewolf's claw when shapeshifted?

Thanks if anyone can answer these questions.

the greater werewolf got nuked in the normal game so it isn't as powerful as it should be. weimar's ease-of-use made a fix but it was a bit tricky. the refinements fix is (for me at least) much less painstaking and the greater werewolf form is awesome.

Hey I remember something about that now....didn't the weimar thing made the greater werewolf insanely godlike?

not insanely godlike.. strong i suppose but when it comes into tob it will have a hard time. well.. having 7hp/sec regeneration is what a greater werewolf is suppose to have in the first place.

edit: its suppose to be 3hp/sec my mistake. another thing i would like to point out is that with greater werebears, then the rebalancing mod would be insanely godlike if not for the tactics involved.

"Insanely Godlike" is an appropriate description.

Heh heh....I see. Can someone please tell me where I can download this? I wanna try it out. If I don't like it, how do you remove the program?

Thanks if someone can answer this.

ease of use mod.. it has the shapeshifter rebalancing. check the sticky thread about the mods and look for it there.

The rebalanced shapeshifter makes Cernd worth something. If you do use the shapeshifter mod, add on tactics and ascension and play on insane difficulty. Then it will be (almost) like playing a normal shapeshifter.

Note, this is a guess, I have never actually played shapeshifter without the rebalancing so i cant be a first hand source.

I would quote my anecdote about the bunny and the bazooka at this point, but I fear the message of the story may not become apparent.

Holly shizzles! I just downloaded the "Ease of use Mod." and I saw how many things it fixed. Nice! Very nice. I have one question though, on one of the thing it said it fixed was the romance thing that said you can say anything...what does that mean?

BTW, I downloaded the flirt pack thingy....uhhh....is it good or bad? Cause it said something about more option thingy to the dialogue...will the "Ease of use Mod. effect it in anyway?

Thanks to those who replied and thanks if someone can answer this.

EDIT: Can someone also tell what new changes is made for the shapeshifter class beside the crazy regeneration?
