Yes, Grey Dellisal (or something like that, anyway...) voiced both Nalia and Viconia. There were several threads on this a few months ago, if memory serves... *goes thread hunting*

[Arrives too late to take meaningful part in the discussion] It was Chain of Command - one of the great episodes, because both actors (Stewart and Warner) are so good.
