It is not really a mod that allows the romance between half-orcs and Viconia. It is one of the fixes from the Baldurdash fixpack. She was supposed to romance half-orcs, but it wasn't implemented in the main game, so they added it in the fixpack. Thus, if you installed the fixpack, you can romance Viconia with your half-orc character.
