After some less than scientific research: here's some Cloak of the Sewers info:

Cloak of the Sewers: AC Bonus +1, Daily can transform into Troll, Mustard Jelly, or Rat.

Troll attributes: STR 17 DEX 11 CON 22 Regenerate 3hp / round! +2 attacks per round. Common use: transform, heal, transform back.

Rat attributes: STR 18/00 DEX 18 CON 9 Slashing, Crushing, Piercing, and Missile Resistance all set to 90! Just because your a rat do not think monster's will not attack - they still see and very much hate you.

Mustard Jelly attributes: STR 18/01 CON 9 Cold Resistance 100(?) Missile Resistance 100 Magic Resistance 10 Move rather slowly, like a jelly.

which opens up another cheesy possibility:
Turn your toughest tank into a rat (he'll keep his original HP) and use him as bait against a melee-heavy enemy.
And the ubercheese: it STACKS (with Hardiness for example)
So rat+hardiness = physically invincible
I know that this can be achieved otherwise too, but I don't think it is possible THAT easy.

Question Mark

I didn't figure out the exact conversion, but there is one other thing about the Cloak of Sewers: your Armor Class can change while in your alternate forms.

Starting with a human with a -6 AC, I shifted to -5 in Mustard Jelly form, -1 AC in Troll form, and a Limburger-esqe 7 AC in rat form. If you are banking on super resistance as the rat to save you hide, ok, but expect to get hit a lot while crawling around on the floor.

urm...yep...

after the baldurdash patch is installed, multiple castings of armor of faith or hardiness no longer stacks...

but the wish spell version does...so a sorceror if you get lucky can get maybe 2 or more hardiness for entire party...and the warrior's hardiness will stack with that...and armor of faith for jahiera and minsc...

its actually a viable and tested tactic in my cheese guide to use the rat form for certain encounters, like eclipse...

I believe he meant that transforming into a rat (giving you the resistances) and then casting Hardiness upon your uber-tank, makes you even more resistant. Kinda reminds me of the fearsome Lord Raptor
