- - - - Funniest: "And finally, this is Tiax. Not much is known about him, we found him in a ditch by some road" Most thought out: The dialogue between Irenicus and Ellesime at the end. "Is there nothing in you that remembers love, Jon? Is there nothing that remembers our love?" "For years I clung to the memory of it, then the memory of the memory, and then *nothing* - the Seldarine took that from me aswell" Most in-character: Any of the cutscenes or dreams with Irenicus speaking. |

1.)Definitely the dialogue with the Spectator. "Oh, I understand. There's a beholder guarding it so it HAS to be cool."
2.) "I cannot be caged, I cannot be controlled. Understand this as you die ever pathetic, ever fools" 3.) "Make way evil, I'm armed to the teeth and packing a hamster!" But among the real best pieces of dialogue are the random encounters: The two guys who fight over a girl in th bridge district. The play with the hilarious part of Biff the Understudy. Garrick's cameo (I still remember his fear-song from BG1).

You miss some of the best pieces of random dialogue if you do not accept the Shadow Thieves' offer.
The two thieves in the lobby have a lot of interesting stories to tell, but the best must be: Missy the Shadow Thieves coat check girl. Have a bit of sympathy for her.
