The Cape....
new superhero series on nbc.
Thoughts, opinions, comments? Seems kinda cliche, but otherwise not bad. How long till the writers go on strike and collapse the whole storyline?

I admit to being afraid to getting involved with it because I had a bad feeling that it would not last a full season. I know how these kinds of movies get dropped too easily. I saw the previews tonight for the first time and almost watched it but had other things planned to take care of before tomorrow to get ready for work.
However...did I see Summer Glau as the side-kick? If I ever even see one episode it will be because she drew me to it.

I've seen the first couple of episodes. Keith David is always value for money. Summer Glau makes infrequent appearances.
Main concern are - the guy playing the eponymous main character - I think he was selected more for his physique than his acting ability...  - the head baddie is shruggable. I'll stick with it a while longer and see if it settles down. |

I've seen episodes so far; the first one being 2 really. It's not too bad, but they need to be careful. More "Summer" is always good.
