BP has removed the 'top hat' for some reason.. gushing again..
Dunno if it blew off, or they removed it to spray off the build-up of gunk on and in the tophat.

I heard some robot or something bumped against it and knocked it off. Haven't seen details, so that would be about as legitimate a reason as *anything* you read on the net...
