Aaaannnnnd, We're Back!!!!

Woohoo (the general consensus with the triumphant retrun of IW!!!). Here I was worried about the downfall of society, no Ironworks, no happyness.

Anyhow, I'll be on a lil bit until this thursday when I'll actually have internet installed in my house (yeah!), Dial-up (sigh).

Been up and down and up and down, now I got a new desktop that is running ubuntu linux 2010 and I'll be testing DC thru wine on linux.

Anyhow, I'll hit the forum with all my questions and such now that I know that I have a place to post them.

Great news ST.

What flavor of Linux?

Search for post here about my adventures with Linux and DC, well really WINE and DC.
In the latest version of WINE (I don't recall the number but I updated last week), it works great, but the screen-resizing issue is still in effect -> when the engine start a design in a resolution other than what you are running on your computer, it doesn't release it when you're done...

As for the community, I mentioned in another post, but we're all around the FRUA Community forums as well - not abandoning IW in the least, just another place to talk shop with FRUA looking on and helping out.

Also, if the forums down, and you've still got questions, go ahead and email me, ST.

Yeah, new server and everything!!!! Can you tell the page loads are super fast now??? from a Pentium 4 to a i7 Quad core. lol... quit a MASSIVE leap, eh? lol

I'm now working on a new forum theme--it'll be just a bit different, but the main thing is ALL the forums will have their IWF Logos again, and the The Great Escape Forum will be blue like it was, but better. And a bunch of new forums.. stay tuned!
