Problem with BG2

hey everyone im new to these forums, but have been playing rpgs since Betrayal at Krondor, i have to say the worst rpg ive played was BG2, the world doesnt really seem....alive

what do you guys think?

...saying that BG2 is the worst RPG you've ever played on one of the most populated gaming board at Ironworks is probably not a smart move.

That being said, I like Myst and Riven when it comes to roleplaying and puzzle solving. But one can only beat their hard against that game for so long... [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I think that the Baldur's Gate series comes closest to a D&D gaming session than any other game out there.

i dont consider myst riven a RPG its an adventure game, but still i would like to see what people like/dislike about this game

If Betrayal at Krondor was your first RPG, no wonder you don't like BG2.

Betrayal & Return to Krondor were wonderfully rich games, with great gameplay and interaction. I still sometimes play them. But, I have to say, the BG series is my favorite group of RPGs of all time.

no, the krondors were too linear for me, my favorite rpg is and ALWAYS will be fallout2

Baldurs gate 2 is 1 of the BEST rpg games i ewer played (Nox Arcanum icewind dale torment..............)

sorry IWD is too linear for me and the ice and snow is repetitive

i mean...why would there be ice and snow in a game named icewind dale
