Right,
The difference in commission per month will be very little. It's losing a whole month that hurts.

Maybe I'll see if labour relations can help. It's a free service and will give me more info on whether I have a legit "legal" case.

For them who care..

My commission this month was over $1870 that I won't get. Ouch!
I still feel I should to someone in Framingham. I don't think it can make things worse.

You could be surprised. They tend to cut "boat rockers" first when it comes time to adjust the budget. And as long as they don't even allude to that as a reason they're in the clear.

OUCH! That really sucks, Variol. It hurts even worse because it is undeserved. I'm sorry for the penalty and I don't think it's right, but I agree with FSA about rocking the boat. You already contested the decision and didn't win. I really doubt you'll have any luck going higher up the ladder because your dept. mgr and HR will present a solidified front against you.

And, yes, I did misread your statement about the monthly commissions. I'm sorry I misunderstood your statement before.

Oh boy...

I just looked at my deposit for my pay, and as I figured, they "did" pay me my commission! Now what the heck do I do??

So they paid you the commission they said they were going to penalize? Not really sure what to think if that's the case. Maybe they changed their minds after the meeting or maybe they are baiting you to see what you do.

As much as it may hurt, it would probably be best to contact HR and ask them about the commission. Better safe than sorry.

I have to go with Cerek. You have to face the guy in the mirror in the mornings... if he's fine with it, so be it.

I had to do something similar years ago. Was moving out of an apartment and knew I hadn't made the last rent payment. Went to talk to the apartment complex about it, and they told me that since their computers thought I'd paid, they had no reason to pursue.

I sleep much easier for it.
