Thanks for all your help guys, I'll try the Death ward thing today, and see if it works.

otherwise it would work, but since its keldorn and anomen whom are getting killed, it cannot be used. [/QUOTE]It can if you use the potion trick

Death Ward, IMO, is a better solution. It lasts for a longer time, can be cast on others, and is at a lower level.

The potion trick has nothing to do with ToB...and I was joking about the Hindo's Doom, note the "lol" after it.

Suggestions of Spell Immunity are all well and good, but are hardly within Dadams1's present capabilities. The only way that Death Spell can harm party members is if they are below Level 10, and since most Spell Immunity scrolls are located pretty late in the game, we can assume that Dadams1 has not found any yet--or has (wisely) given them to one of his Wizards to memorize.

I should also note that SI: Necromancy also does NOT even protect you from Death Spell at all--a Projected Image or a Simulacrum can cast SI: Nec, and still die instantly to a Death Spell.

My advice is the traditional "Best way to block a punch: Don't be there." You can either
A) Try to keep your low-level party members out of the Death Spell's area of effect by having them use ranged weapons or spells from a safe distance (Summon a couple of critters on the other side of your target, to make her use her Death Spells on them instead)
B) Leave them downstairs, at least until you think she's out of Death Spells.
