That's a bit of a tough challenge. We've really worked the religion thing as far as we could I think. I even started the big bang thread, but it didn't go too far. You think theory could have gone on longer. But, once again, I got the last word in.

I am too ignorant in politics to speak to that...

How about homosexuality, or same sex marriage? 'Course, that could fall into religion again.

Maybe abortion?

Or maybe the market this week? Who didn't get there arse kicked this week?

Many of our most prolific debater-posters are not around much anymore. The Current Events forum used to be a pretty hectic place.

Ironworks has been dead for years.

Want it to go back to how it was 5 years ago. It was far better then, before all this political corrctness and moderating of posts.

Back when you could have an opinion and say it, not anymore.

You can't say anything without offending someone and some moderator jumping down with pm warnings.

Should be an anything goes forum, as long as it has a point. And if people get offended, tough.

Bring back the old posters, all the cool peeps got fed up and left.

Posts like The question thread, and cloudys cafe, are impo, threads that just make me not want to read this forum. bring back proper debates. Stop spamming yahoo weird news. If we want to read it, we can go read yahoo weird news.

Ouch, some tough criticism but yeah, IW was different when I registered in 2003.

To clarify, I think alot of poster came here for the debates and discussions, and not just for the gaming fora. Most of these fora are probably not attracting as many posters as they used to, and other debates are limited. I was fairly recently on a break from IW for about a year or so, largely due to this. I don't play as much games as I used to, and without that there wasn't that much of interest for me on IW.

In the end this is Z's board though, and he decides what kind of board he wants.
