Default I'd do anything to...

This sounded like a fun topic to start here. It came to me while I was doing something crazy.

I have been hit with a cold and could not breath and being so close to bedtime, decided I would do anything to be able to have a good rest. I had already taken 2 Dayquill and 1 Clariton-D today, but with little success. I took a hot shower and let that beat down on my face for a while and that did help some, but after an hour I decided I needed something more. After thinking about it a while, decided that since my taste buds were shot I might as well go radical, so I cut up a tablespoon each of onion, garlic and jalepeño, mixed it all up and ate it raw washing it down with a cup of hot fresh basil tea (anti-inflammatory herb).

Well...I can breath better than I could before. It's not completely cleared out but I think it's enough to get by.

Well, not really following on your topic directly, but related. My great-grandmother used to eat a spoon full of horseradish every day, she never caught a cold. Or if she did, it kept her sinuses clear enough you'd never realize it.

Right now I would do anything to cure this wound. I badly sliced my right pinky on a serated knife today. The bleeding is quite difficult to stop and I have to type with one hand.

Move to a small African country, trade in all your money for the local currency, you'll have your bazillions, won't be worth much though.

And apparently this guy was willing to do anything to get his girlfriend some breast implants. Kinda sad really.

The inability to breathe properly may have left you with a fragmented sleep, but at least you wouldn't have been bent over in pain from indigestion.

I think I'd do anything to explore space ala star wars, or star trek, or something like that. I find it too dull on our planet... I'm taking international studies and I'm finding international politics is similar to high school politics...

You had to study international politics to see that? I got that impression from reading the news.

Meh, it's the same way with intergalactic politics.
