I think I'm supposed to spend my time cursing Microsoft and all their works; does that sound like a plausible job description? Or should I just go and ask someone what they think I do?

Oh yes, I suspect the other part of my job is to answer stupid questions from people who should know better. I tend to answer with convoluted questions designed to make them go away and leave me alone? Anyone want to swap jobs?

Well, however annoying it is, just remember, it could be worse. You could be going round and round in circles asking questions for nearly 2,000 posts with a bunch of other people over the internet. Now that would be hell.
So can we conclude UV doesn't actually do his job, he just pretends?
