I thought he was quoting Bruce Lee!
Jack Nicholson never said this, Bruce Lee did.
Maybe both did. I've seen "A Few Good Men" and Mr. Nicholson does indeed say it, as well as some other quotable lines.

*tries to think of other stuff*

Technically speaking, it was Tom Cruise that said "I want the TRUTH!" in A Few Good Men and Jack Nicholson responded with "You can't HANDLE the truth!"

I don't remember Bruce Lee ever saying that. Which movie was it in?

The Feral halflings in the sphere I've heard as having been from Athas, the world of the Dark Sun game, a 2nd Edition AD&D game world, not really all that "early"... about 10 years old or so.

"Murder! Death!! Kill!!!" from a Sylvester Stallone/Wessley Snipes movie-name I can't recall, yet another Lilacor one-liner.

"Murder! Death!! Kill!!!" was from Demolition Man, though it wasn't really a one-liner.
