I don't know where to classify this... a clueless dog owner, a dangerous dog, poor examples of training... you make the call.
Cube warning for language... not 'cause it's offensive, but because you really don't want to explain it to someone else... You might get a clue from that blurry text there. I think we know who the alpha is in that house... *edit* I should add that after listening to the video and hearing the woman, I do feel sorry for her... she needs help as much as the dog does.
