Leaving Brynnlaw Battle

Here's something new I came across the other day:

After finishing Spellhold and then exiting Brynnlaw, the Gith attacked as usual. Only, this time, they lost. Badly.

This was because the cut-scene failed to activate, but I still enjoyed watching the crew beat the Gith. I had to reload after the battle to get everything working again.

Has anyone else ever had this happen?

it seems to happen to me quite often recently

what i think seems to happen is the second set of gith fail to teleport in

the saemon dialog goes a bit screwy sometimes too

i'm quite careful with saving there now

It's happened to me as well. I routinely save before handing Saemon the Horn now.

Actually, my sailors beat the geth during the cutscene. It helped that my Fighter/Mage cast a few lightning bolts when they started boarding, but still.

I beat the Gith all the time, but this is the first time I didn't bother to do any fighting.

Speaking of this, right before the Gith battle, I gave the horn to Saemon, who promptly disappeared...then I found a duplicate of him standing further down the docks who was annoyed that I didn't have the horn. Fortunately I saved it right before.
