Help for a newbie!!
How do I know which is the best weapon to use for my character, and also, how do I equip spells once they are in my inventory at the bottom? Don't seem to be gaining many kills. Have been to Nashkel mines, but now back in Beregost for some easy stuff.

For spells, you have to right-click on the quick spell slot and then choose the spell you want to be "equipped" there. (I hope I understood your issue correctly).
For weapons, well it depends on your character. Who's in your party right now and what weapons do you have?
