Cool
![]() ![]() ![]() The Underdark idea is a very good one - they did have an overlay thing before (not digital, of course) - good for figuring out where you are...

I'm starting a Forgotten Realms collaboration site.
![]() I'm just going to post info now - use at as a place to hold notes and such. But, when we start producing deliverables, we can post them there as well. I'm not going to release the URL except to people in the project, that is at least until we are ready to go public with what we've done. ![]() (I will PM it to anyone who wants in, just let me know if you're interested.) On this note, I volunteer to hold/process all of the art, databases, etc. |

Sounds good! URL, please
![]() I will of course also post anything I make on my site as well (including the Marvel stuff, once I have more than just 1 or 2 icons) (it also happens to be my method of backup, just in case ![]()

I just did the first little update so that there would be something for you to look at when you visit the site.
![]() So far, i've only pulled material from the 2e box, and then only from the first book. I'd jump into the 1e box (metaphorically speaking) if I didn't have class in the morning. ![]() |

Wow!
![]() ![]() ![]() You've done a lot of work. That's going to save us (me) some time. ![]() Since my site is private too (mostly for copyright issues, but also b/c it's for collaborators ![]() ![]() I've got to go to class now...and it's such a nice Saturday morning...I'd rather work with AD&D. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I've been lurking a bit on this thread, mainly becuz I don't figure to have the ability to input much towards any collaboration right now. My thoughts tho are this would be good for the community to have someone making mods (and Forgotten Realms is my favorite non-my-material campaign
![]() Just out of curiosity, tho; has anyone read any of Terry Brooks "Shannara" series? I ask becuz most of the ppl here are die hard enough to know what an Ogre has for stats, or something to that effect. But if you threw at the players some monsters from the Shannara series like a Gnarl, shadowen, spider gnomes, or procks they wouldn't know what they were. I guess what I'm suggesting is to use as much non-standard stuff as you can, like the monsters that are Realms specific (anything with the word "bane" in it: Banelar, Baneguard (I'm sure there is a third I can't think of)). Chances are you know more examples than I do. my two cents -SilentThief

Ha ha... I was a sad, bored person who did AD&D research in his spare time until about a year ago
![]() But feel free to link to anything you like, since it is going to be private, anyway ![]() Anyway, Bane-related creatures: Baneguard Banelar Banelich Banedead Is that all?

ST - that's the idea, to do some creatures that will make folks sit back and say, "Huh. I've never seen that before."
![]() Uatu - Sad and bored? You need more smileys. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Coming off of watching "Terminator: Sarah Conner Chronicles", it'd be cool to do a terminator futuristic apocalypse scenario in DC
