There was a theory that Peter doesn't actually gain the abilities, just copies their effects. That would put that possibility out of the running.

If Peter had healing blood then his mind would have healed itself from the amnesia, and he wouldn't have needed Adam's help in making him activate his healing powers.

I'm still looking for why use regenerative blood on an inanimate object like Noah's glasses? As far as Peter's abilities, whether he absorbs them or mimics them is moot. The end result is the same.

Maybe you're the one that's high. Beside the first comment no one talked about the glasses. The discussion is about using Peter's blood on Nathan, and the blood would work, considering he's just copying powers and does not by himself have regenerative blood.
