Actually I've had a change of view for Kensai, I think that he is eliminating the Company because of the bad things they have done or have tried to do (i.e let NYC blow up) Having Hiro around has changed him giving him a sense of honor and responsibility (rather than if Hiro didn't turn up he wouldn't have had that moral compass)

He is? Is that speculation or was there some evidence in the online comic or something?
Now the interesting question is how does Hiro get out of his current situation. Not too difficult, but I'd still like to see just how it happens.

Adam Monroe = Peter! That is my thought.

Think about it. Peter can't remember what happened. Peter has been in contact with Nikki. Nikki is being studied by the Company. Nikki can never remember what happens after her split personality has taken over.

Bob says that Adam is a very dangerous man, can you imagine Peter with a personality like Jessica?

Other Clues, the Note was left on a Mirror.

Peter has said in the past that he can feel what happens to Nathan because they are brothers (i.e the car accident). What if this can happen in reverse and what if that face Nathan is seeing in the mirror is Adam Monroe????

Hmm.. that one seems to be grasping a bit far for me.
The face in the mirror is clearly a scarred version of Nathan, and Peter's regeneration via Claire wouldn't have allowed for any scarring. The scar on future peter's face from the alternate timeline occurred prior to encounter Claire IIRC.

Adam Monroe as stated before, was the name on the folder held by the Midas touch guy (Bald guy with the glass's)
