I hate all those new teenage girl popstars who seem to be springing up all over the place like toadstools - so all those Avril Lavigne (I'd love to give her a good smack upside the head, just to see what she'd do) and Hilary Duff types are definitely the most unbearable for me.

I'd have to say that Britney, Kylie, J-Lo etc. are not that annoying cos they are at least easy on the eye. I don't ever hear any George Michael etc. although they are annoying, so I have to say the most annoying is Usher.

Britney Spears, as she is just everywhere, on TV, in magazines, online on banner ads... Jessica Simpson is becoming a good close second, as she is promoting herself way too much as well lately. There just is a point where enough is enough, you just can't throw yourself in peoples faces on a daily basis and think they won't just get sick of it.

I really dont know how anyone can find the eye-pleasing ones irritating. I personally voted for Usher, he just seems dead arrogant. ( common among hip hop stars no?)

Well... I am torn between Mariah (man I used to love with her "dreamlover" days. what the hell happened?) and Christina Aguilera (same reason with Mariah). The rest am pretty neutral... but of course I'd pick alternative anytime. Avril Lavigne. I like her music. Yeah but I'd be curious enough to actually smack her in the head or whatever just to see how she'd react... |
