That's the sound of your post whizzing through the air and hitting the bullseye of my own personal opinion on this matter.

But as far as marriage is concerned, they (gays) can marry whomever he wish as long as I am not taking any part in it. Yuck!
I totally agree!

Well, I am against that. People should rarely get what they want, because human kind is fickle by nature and what they want one moment, they do not the next. Yeah, it's a little different in this case (we're dealing with something BIG, after all), but I bet science will come out in a few years and refute the whole "born gay" thing, and then in another 20 years, claim it's true, and then in another 20 years, refute it again...

I personally believe that no one is born just about anything. It's a culmination of lots of stuff, but more or less with the gay thing, it's that everyone, at some time in their life, questions their sexuality. Now that it's bascially encouraged to have sex with whatever moves, you find a lot more people that don't particularly care about "societical conventions" and feel there is nothing wrong with being attracted to the same gender.

Not if Alberta has anything to do with it. I am not to sure why Alberta is fighting it tooth and nail. I could really careless if they marry or not.
But I think they should have the right too.

Bullseye here too. Who cares as long as people are happy and leave other people alone?
