I think Bram Stoker's Dracula (the Coppola flick) had a great soundtrack. i actually owned it on vinyl a few years back, and it made really badass mood music for playing pnp D&D.

Aye the 13th Warrior theme is cool..Very Martial..

I like the theme music from The Rock too (the movie, not the wrestler)

Mortal Kombat? Haha..
Titanic probably has the most famous soundtrack of all time..
Band of Brothers(not a movie I know..)

And not forgetting The Beach! My favourite theme music from any movie, Movie itself nonwithstanding..
