Barely grilled... just a bit so it's warm, but I'll eat my beef blue. When I cook and it's a good cut though I cant help but steal a bit and eat it raw, it's even better... *drools just at this thought*

I like medium well. I don't eat steak that often because of my impoverishment, so I have to cook my own pork chops. I usually refuse to eat it if it's to pink inside.

When I get that glazed meat eating look in my eye..I tend to cook it just until its almost burned. Yes burned like leather. Like dried beef jerky...the bottom of a shoe...the texture is still plyable and chewable but I asure you there will not be anything living in it when I am done [img]smile.gif[/img]
