Well, I HAVE had a go a few times. But you have to play a male character to get anyone interesting... and then they just seem to peter out... everyone forgets the whole thing. And If you play a female character, which I prefer, you get Awful Anomen as your romance and I always finished up telling him to shut up and go away.
I think I might like a romance element if it continued all through the game and they maybe finished up marrying... but, maybe not! To be honest, I found it all a bit irritating! ------------------

I've been through aall the female romances. Finally a pixelated hottie that wants us back!!!! I just like to experience as much of the game as I can, and it would be a shame to let all that work of the programmers go to waste. The dialogues break up the action a bit and really let you get to know the other characters. You find out a lot about all the love interests from the romance dialogues.

Well, since the only choice for female characters was Anomen, leave us to say I never did that. Something about preferring to have bamboo shoots drive under my finger-nails comes to mind.
