Mmmm, cool thread...

- RPG´s: Ertai, Wizard Adept: its a card from Magic The Gathering. It sounded cool for me and as i like mages a lot, i took it. Before i was Adhrael, but that was simply a stupid name that i used only not to have a blank name
- Shoot´em Ups: Tessio, from the Godfather. I think it would be more awesome Luca Brasi (at least for those who know the story) but tessio is shorter and cooler it think.
- Strategy: Cirdan, from the Lord of the Rings. i love him though he isnt very important in the book (except for the ring he holds).

In BG, I always use different names (i usually make them with the dictionary from the Silmarilion, for example for a thief/mage i use Daegul, which means 'shadow magic', or for a completely pale warrior that i made in iwd wielding the pale justice i used Nimadan which means 'white human').

Finally, i really want to greet Charlie cause though im only 19, i have much to say (mostly complain) about drugs and 'wrong people'. As you wisely say Charlie, PEACE.

H'tiek Ogreslayer - Brian Lumleys books were the Necroscope series. He's still kickin too with yet another one coming out soon. Great writer! By chance did you ever read Robert Macammon's "Swan Song"? My favorite horror book of all time. Stephen King's got nothing on this guy!

Well, it was at first to get back at evil smiting!!

But the truth is, I read books by a guy named JOE DEVER when I was a little kid. If you know the guy you might remember the "Lone Wolf" series - he was a genius at his creations.

Well he often created powerful beasts such as Hell Caster, Hell Knight, Demonic Skeltons etc.......

Well he inspired my imagination as a kid (magical spells! hehe!): and now he's also motivated my artwork so I guess I created "Hell Lich" from his inspiration.

And the last bit..............well that me!!! WAH!! So there you go "Hell Lich" Wah!!

Master Sorcerer
kinda cheesy but I was in a time crunch cause I had to get off in like 2 miniutes and I couldn't think of anythink else. Also lotsa people think that sorceres suck compared to mages, but they dont. Try one for yourself. Really good when you get to highter lvls... 15-18+

hey all!!

Zoratorak (Zor for short) came from an inspiration from one of my favorite novels, THE SWORD OF TRUTH SERIES, anyway... one of the most powerful mages was called Zuddious Zorander (something like that) but Zoratorak sounds better for me... and since i like being a mage (a powerful one at that) it fits me...

IdiotRogue says it all... The Idiot part is because I am new to RPG (BGI was my 1st) and know just enough about computers to wreak havoc on myself. The Rogue part is not because I play rogue characters, it's more an attitude. I have my own code of conduct and honor which I will not compromise, believe in "live and let live," so long as no one is harmed and do not suffer fools (myself EXcluded) lightly. Would have gone with Knight Errant but it seemed more than a little trite.

BTW, I enjoy writing and have been told I'm good at it. Never make the time, though...

Answering a bit late again. Zoratorak, yes the next book just came out. I saw autographed hard covers at the bookstore the other day. Can't wait to see where the story goes this time. I have a feeling it's going to have something to do with Richard and Kahlan's unborn child.

Draconia, you definitely should read Swan Song, I know you'll love it! What kind of dragons to you collect? I have a huge collection of lead dragons myself that you glue together and paint (Ral Partha, etc.). Unfortunately, I have bought them all and can't find any stores that sell them anymore.

Sway, I played the later game Return to Krondor, the sound effects were great. Loved that game, I hope they come out with another one!

BAHAMUT - what is that about killing yourself?!! You better be joking!! Don't you dare give up on life! I bet many of us on this Board would be more than happy to talk to you and help you out if we can. I know life can pound you with problems sometimes, but eventually things work out you just have to get through it. I know it can be hard, but I bet you're stronger than you think. Being totally serious here. You better be kidding! You've got me freaking out over here. BTW my real name is Wendy.
