I have found some pretty good armors, swords shields in the underdark and i was hopping to keep them but...they are destroyed when i leave Underdark..is there a way to keep them on the real world too????

2)in a house at the temple district..i think it has a flag "heavily guarded".i took a few empty potion bottles...whats their use?????

There are a couple ways to keep drow equipment after you exit the underdark.
Both methods are considered to be cheesy in the extreme.

One involves having a ferret familiar and giving the equipment to the ferret as the computer does not check for those items in its inventory. Do not remove these items from the ferret until you have exited the map area where you emerge from the underdark

Alternatively you can give the equipment to a party member and remove them from the party sending them back to Athkatla and picking them up later. The computer will only check for drow equipment on the screen where you emerge from the underdark so you must never take the equipment back to that area.

As for the empty potion bottles:
They have no use. I believe they were part of an unfinished quest. Just leave them

Correct.

And if you have no ferret nor a suitable party member, note that the game checks for items in regular intervals. So drop the items as soon as you emerge. After the conversations, pick them up and pass them to map border while the game is paused. Drop items there, gather your party, pick them and exit.

Of course, this is just an exploitation of a bug in the game... I don't see any point in it, really...

The Drow equipment is meant to aid you against some nasty underdark enemies. Bringing it to the surface is messing with the balance of the game ...
... and the Realms! Watch out, because I'm sure the Harpers are gonna get you good for this!

And it is extremely non-roleplaying: Drow stuff dissolves under sunlight, and needs to be returned to Underdark every once in the while to keep it from breaking apart.
