Well it will teach the kid that if he misbehaves then he doesn't get what he wants for christmas and that while Santa can give he can also take away.

Good job on the parents part for not giving in to their kids demands.

True, thats always an option, though the little bugger would probably sneak it out when your not using it and have his way with it.

While I'm of the opinion that Christmas should be a time of forgiviness (after all, I'm still getting my loot this year after bringing home a less-than-stellar interim report ), kicking over a $2000 dollar stereo is pretty dumb of that guy. Just wait till Chrismas, kid, the good games aren't out yet anyway.

On a side note, is this still up for grabs?

What's the adress ? I'm going to write the kid a letter, his dad is going to present him the perfect tool to get medieval on his parents asses. He can use the charcoal to set the house on fire, preferably while the parents are asleep. He's not going to get away this that easily.

Hey think about it, if he's that bad and throws tantrums cause he can't get his Xbox until Christmas, how's he gonna be when he gets his coal-box LOL? ROTFL. Again, am glad I'm not going to be in that house at Christmas, what fun! Cept not.

Still think it's cruel though, especially if the kid is really young, like 5 or 6. Gotta be a better way, and a better time, to curb his behavior.

And of course who knows if this story is true or not, but let's keep talking as if it is cause it's kinda fun LOL.

Either way, be kinda nice to get some kinda update on how it goes on Christmas LOL.

Sounds like the little brat has something coming. Although I don't agree with the methods, I expect the parents are at fault for spoiling him. Seems harsh, but if it works, more power to them.
